2025-26

The Campus Placement Drive 2025–26 was organized by the Guidance- Counselling, and Placement Cell at St. Vincent Pallotti College, Raipur, to provide employment opportunities and connect students with reputed organizations.

The inaugural session was graced with presence of Mr. Kirat Saluja from Saluja Graphix, Mrs. Tulika Pandey from Bharat Agro, Mr. Bhupati Bhaskar, Ms MeenalL anjewar and Mr. Sourabh Yeoulkar from Shriram Finance Corporation Pvt. Ltd., along with Principal Dr. Kuldeep Dubey, Vice Principal Dr. G. Padma Gouri, whose presence inspired the students. The program began with a welcome, followed by the ceremonial lamp lighting and an address by the Principal highlighting the importance of professionalism.

Organization representatives shared their expectations from candidates, after which interviews were conducted. Students were guided on how to present themselves effectively during interviews. Questions were asked focusing on communication skills, confidence, subject knowledge, and professional attitude. On the basis of performance 17 students were selected by the above organizations. The program concluded successfully, offering students a valuable platform to demonstrate their skills.


The National Workshop on Training &Development for Placement Assistance was jointly organized by DishaCollege and St. Vincent Pallotti College, Raipur. Thethree-day workshop aimed to equip students with the necessary skills andknowledge to enhance their employability, communication, and professionalreadiness. The inaugural ceremony on 9th October 2025 markedthe formal commencement of the event. The ceremony began with the lighting ofthe lamp graced by Dr. Anjani Kumar Shukla, Dr. Kuldeep Dubey and Dr. A KTiwari, followed by a welcome address and speeches from dignitaries on the needfor skill enhancement and industry oriented education.

The opening technical session,led by Vicky Prajapati, explored the importance of soft skills such ascommunication, adaptability, and emotional intelligence. This was followed byan interac-tive 'Mind Gym for Success' session with Shyam Verma, focusing onmeditation, self-hypnosis, and cognitive exercises to boost focus andresilience. Day-two featured sessions on Career Guidance, EffectiveCommunication, and Resume Building, delivered by Dr Sameer Bajpai, ProfessorAnil Kalele, and Dr Jagdish Bhagwat. The final dayhosted talks on Entrepreneurship by Er P Nimonkar, Interview Skills by Dr ImranNadeem Siddiqui, and Group Discussion techniques by Dr Jay Kumar Dewangan.

The workshop concluded on 11thOctober 2025 with the Valedictory Session, graced by Dr. KuldeepDubey, Principal, St. Vincent Pallotti College, as the Guest of Honour andother dignitaries including Dr Sunil Kumeti and Dr Vyas Dubey. Certificateswere distributed to participants, and the speakers were felicitated for theircontributions.


The Guidance,Counselling, and Placement Cell of St. Vincent Pallotti College, Raipur,organized a guest lecture on “Campus to Corporate Transition: UnderstandingChanging Dynamics” on 11th September 2025. The session was conducted by Mr.Sanjay Ashatkar, Chief Manager at IBS Hyderabad, and was made compulsory forCommerce and Management students. The Principal, Dr. Kuldeep Dubey, addressedthe gathering, emphasizing the importance of such initiatives for professionalgrowth.

The guestlecture aimed at preparing students for the shift from academic life tocorporate environments. Mr. Ashatkar highlighted that while technical skillshelp students secure jobs, it is behavioral skills, communication abilities,and decision-making power that ensure long-term success. He emphasized thatemployees are often hired for technical expertise but retained for theirinterpersonal and behavioral strengths. 

Key topicscovered included observation techniques, communication skills, professionalbehavior, and the role of decision-making in workplace success. The speakeralso referred to institutions like the National Institute of Securities Marketsas platforms for enhancing professional knowledge. Students were encouraged toalign their strengths, values, and interests with their career choices toachieve both professional and personal satisfaction. The guest lecture provided valuable guidance on skill development, personality growth, and adaptability in changing professional scenarios. Students actively participated in an interactive session, raising queries on career planning and workplace challenges, which were addressed with practical insights. Overall, the session proved highly beneficial in motivating students to prepare for corporate life with the right mindset, continuous learning, and ethical values. The initiative of the Placement Cell was appreciated for equipping students with skills essential for future success.
