विश्व महिला दिवस 

8 मार्च को पूरे विश्व में महिला सशक्तिकरण, समानता और अधिकारों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए विश्व महिला दिवस मनाया जाता है। इस अवसर पर सेंट विंसेंट पेलोटी महाविद्यालय के शारीरिक शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा पोस्टर मेकिंग प्रतियोगिता एवं जनजागरूकता रैली का आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में NCC कैडेट्स और महाविद्यालय के छात्र-छात्राओं ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया। कार्यक्रम का मुख्य उद्देश्य समाज में महिला सशक्तिकरण, लैंगिक समानता, महिलाओं के अधिकार और उनके प्रति सम्मान को बढ़ावा देना था। इसके अलावा, लोगों को यह संदेश देना था कि महिलाएं किसी भी क्षेत्र में पुरुषों से कम नहीं हैं और उन्हें भी समान अवसर मिलने चाहिए।
कार्यक्रम का पहला चरण पोस्टर मेकिंग प्रतियोगिता थी, जिसमें महाविद्यालय के छात्र-छात्राओं ने भाग लिया। इस प्रतियोगिता में महिला अधिकार, सुरक्षा, शिक्षा, आत्मनिर्भरता, सामाजिक जागरूकता जैसे विषयों पर पोस्टर तैयार किए गए। प्रतियोगिता में 50 से अधिक छात्रों ने भाग लिया।


प्रतिभागियों ने विभिन्न कलात्मक तरीकों से महिला समानता, शिक्षा, घरेलू हिंसा, कार्यस्थल पर सुरक्षा और सशक्तिकरण जैसे मुद्दों को पोस्टरों में दर्शाया पोस्टरों की समीक्षा महाविद्यालय के वरिष्ठ शिक्षकों  द्वारा की गई।
सर्वश्रेष्ठ तीन पोस्टरों को पुरस्कृत किया गया, और अन्य प्रतिभागियों को प्रमाण पत्र दिए गए।
पोस्टर मेकिंग प्रतियोगिता के बाद, महिला अधिकारों और सशक्तिकरण के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाने के लिए एक भव्य जनजागरूकता रैली का आयोजन किया गया। रैली महाविद्यालय परिसर से शुरू हुई और शहर के विभिन्न हिस्सों से होते हुए वापस महाविद्यालय पहुंची। इसमें NCC कैडेट्स और महाविद्यालय के छात्रों ने भाग लिया।
छात्र-छात्राओं ने महिला सुरक्षा, शिक्षा, आत्मनिर्भरता और समानता के नारे लगाए, जैसे:


"बेटी बचाओ, बेटी पढ़ाओ"


"नारी शक्ति - देश की शक्ति"


"महिलाओं को सम्मान दो, समाज को नई पहचान दो"


इस रैली के माध्यम से समाज के लोगों को महिलाओं की स्थिति सुधारने और उनके अधिकारों की रक्षा करने का संदेश दिया गया। इस अवसर पर महाविद्यालय के वरिष्ठ  शिक्षकों ने भी अपने विचार प्रस्तुत किए
प्राचार्य डॉ. कुलदीप दुबे ने छात्रों को प्रेरित करते हुए कहा कि महिलाओं को न केवल घर और समाज में, बल्कि हर क्षेत्र में बराबरी का दर्जा मिलना चाहिए। उपप्राचार्य डॉ. जी. पदमा गौरी ने कहा कि महिलाओं की शिक्षा सबसे बड़ा हथियार है, जिससे वे आत्मनिर्भर बन सकती हैं और अपने अधिकारों की रक्षा कर सकती हैं।


छात्रों एवं प्रतिभागियों की  इस कार्यक्रम में भाग लेने वाले छात्रों और NCC कैडेट्स ने इसे बहुत प्रेरणादायक बताया। कार्यक्रम के सफल आयोजन के लिए शारीरिक शिक्षा विभाग और NCC यूनिट की विशेष सहयोग प्राप्त हुआ।

नगर के प्रतिष्ठित सेंट विसेंट पेलोटी महाविद्यालय के  NCC कैडेट ने शासकीय हायर सेकेंड्री  स्कूल मोआ रायपुर में आयोजित  शास्त्र प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम  दिनांक 11/01/25 को प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त किए। जिसमें  चार विद्यालय एवं तीन महाविद्यालय के लगभग 300 एनसीसी कैडेटों ने वेपन ट्रेनिंग प्रोग्राम में शामिल होकर प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त किया। 27 छत्तीसगढ़ एनसीसी बटालियन रायपुर के कमान अधिकारी कर्नल सौरभ कुमार एवं प्रशासनिक अधिकारी लेफ्टिनेंट कर्नल प्रदीप नायर के निर्देशन एवं मार्गदर्शन में तथा नगर के एनसीसी अधिकारी मेजर डॉ. कुलदीप दुबे, सेकंड ऑफिसर राजीव वर्मा, थर्ड ऑफिसर खूबचंद वर्मा, लेफ्टिनेंट प्रकाश राय  एवं केयर टेकर मुकेश कुमार सिन्हा  के नेतृत्व में एनसीसी कैडेटों को वेपन ट्रेनिंग दिया गया, जिसमें हरिशंकर महाविद्यालय , माना आईटीआई, शासकीय उच्चतर माध्यमिक  विद्यालय मोआ, हिंदू हाई स्कूल, केंद्रीय विद्यालय रायपुर ,नवोदय विद्यालय रायपुर, भवंस स्कूल रायपुर विद्यालय के लगभग 300 छात्र सैनिक उपस्थित रहे।


 एनसीसी मेजर डॉ.कुलदीप दुबे ने बताया कि एनसीसी के ए, बी, एवं सी सर्टिफिकेट परीक्षा में शस्त्र प्रशिक्षण  एक महत्वपूर्ण सिलेबस के रूप में है ,  प्रशिक्षण में हथियार खोलना ,जोड़ना ,हथियार की साफ सफाई ,मैगजीन भरना ,निशाना लगाना, फायरिंग पोजीशन की जानकारी दी गई। इसलिए इस विशेष ट्रेनिंग सत्र का आयोजन किया गया।

Annual Sports Meet 2024 at St. Vincent Pallotti College

Annual Sports Meet 2024, held from 16th December to 21st December 2024, was a vibrant celebration of sportsmanship, teamwork, and healthy competition. The event brought together students and faculty from various departments, promoting physical fitness, discipline, and Companionship while showcasing remarkable athletic talents.

The event commenced on 16th December with an inspiring inauguration ceremony where Dr. Kuldeep Dubey, the College Principal, addressed the students. He emphasized the importance of sports in personal growth and holistic education. Over the following days, students participated enthusiastically in various events, and the results are as follows:

The meet concluded on 21st December 2024 with a grand closing ceremony. Fr. Amit Tirkey, the College Director, congratulated all participants, faculty members, and the organizing committee for their dedication and outstanding efforts. He commended the students for their sportsmanship and competitive spirit. The event concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks delivered by Mr. Mukesh Kumar Sinha, Faculty of Physical Education, who acknowledged the contributions of everyone involved in making the event a resounding success.

With the enthusiastic participation of students and the support of faculty, the Annual Sports Meet 2024 was an unforgettable celebration of talent, unity, and the spirit of sportsmanship. Together, the college community demonstrated that sports are not just about competition but about fostering lifelong values of teamwork and perseverance.

 

 

76 NCC DAY CELEBRATION

On the occasion of 76th NCC anniversary, the program was organized with Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Hon'ble Vishnu Dev Sai Ji as the chief guest. ADG NCC Group Commander Raipur was also present in this program. Also, Col. Saurabh Kumar, Lt. Col. Pradeep Kumar, NCC Officer, Caretaker and a large number of NCC cadets of 27th NCC Battalion were present. Cadets from various schools and colleges were present, including 35 cadets from Pallotti College. Cadet Mehak Shake of the college was involved in the conduct of the program and 14 cadets were involved in the marching, including cadets Mansi Yadav, Bhavya Sahu, Lekha Patel, Prachi Verma, Deepa Dhurandhar, Cadet Tushar Sahu and other cadets were included in the team.

In this program, attractive presentation of cultural programs, horse riding, aero modeling, cross section attack was done by the students of various colleges and schools.

In the speech of the chief guest, NCC's contribution to student life and its continuous progress were mentioned, country can be served through discipline and unity, NCC's role has been in determining the purpose of life and goals of the cadets.

In this program, senior ANO Major Dr. Kuldeep Dubey, Lieutenant Dr. Ravi Banjare, Third Officer Rajiv Verma Caretaker along with a large number of cadets and parents, ex-servicemen, journalists were present.

Women's Basketball Competition concluded at Pallotti College

The Inter-College Women's Basketball Competition organized by the Chhattisgarh Government Higher Education Department was organized at St. Vincent Pallotti College. In which a total of 8 teams of colleges affiliated to Pt. Ravi Shankar Shukla University participated in the competition, in the competition held on 5.10.2024, D.B. girls College Raipur, Maharaja Agrasen College Raipur, UTD, Vipra College Raipur, Government College Devendra Nagar, Government College Arang, and Gurukul College participated respectively.

The first semi-final was held between D.B. girls  College and UTD in which D.B. girls College was the winner, as well as the second semi-final was played between SindhiCollege Raipur and Arang College, in which Sindhi College was the winner The final match was played between D.B. girls College and Sindhi Girls College. The players of D.B. girls College won in the thrilling match.

In this program, the college director Father Amit Tirkey, Principal Dr. Kuldeep Dubey, Vice Principal Dr. G. Padma Gauri along with all the department heads and professors were present.

The players were honored by the Principal and Director by giving certificates, shields and medals to the winners and runners-up. This competition was organized by the college physical education department, in which the department in-charges were Durgashis Mishra, Mr. Alok Chaurasia, Mr. Saurabh Puranik & Sports Office Mr. Mukesh Kumar Sinha.


स्वच्छता ही सेवा

On the auspicious occasion of Gandhi Jayanti and LalBahadur Shastri Jayanti, the NCC cadets of St. Vincent Pallotti Collegeorganized the स्वच्छता ही सेवा program. In the firstphase of the program, the cadets cleaned the college, then in the second phase,they reached Raipur Telibandha Marine Drive and cleaned the garbage andpolythene and dusted it. And in the third phase, the statue of Bharat Mata wasalso cleaned at Bharat Mata Chowk. Keeping in mind the objective of SwachhBharat Mission, the objective was to spread awareness among the people, toinspire every person to do maximum selfless service and make India a cleannation. A total of 45 cadets of Pallotti College participated in this programand organized it, who were administered the cleanliness oath by Principal MajorDr. Kuldeep Dubey and Vice Principal Dr. G Padma Gauri.

In this program, students of Physical Education Departmentalong with in-charge Durgashis Mishra, Alok Chaurasia, Saurabh Puranik andprogram in-charge Mukesh Kumar Sinha were present.


The NSS wing of St. Vincent Pallotti College, Raipur, participated in the "Pre Republic-Day Parade Selection Camp" organised by the National Service Scheme, Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur. The camp was held on 25th September 2024 at Govt. J. Yoganandam Chhattisgarh College, Raipur, and commenced at 11:00 am.

The selection camp was organised to identify and train NSS volunteers who will represent the state at the Republic Day Parade. This prestigious opportunity provides volunteers with a platform to showcase their discipline, teamwork, and dedication to national service. The camp witnessed enthusiastic participation from volunteers across various colleges, all aspiring to be part of this grand event.

Mr. Alok Kumar Chaurasiya, NSS Program Officer at St. Vincent Pallotti College, encouraged the volunteers to put forth their best efforts during the selection process. He emphasized the significance of representing the state at the Republic Day Parade, not only as an honour but also as a reflection of the volunteers' commitment to service and national pride. Dr. Kuldeep Dubey, Principal of St. Vincent Pallotti College, highlighted the importance of discipline, physical fitness, and team spirit, which are key elements of the parade.

The event featured various drills and exercises to assess the volunteers' abilities, including marching, physical training, and coordination activities. Judges from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University carefully evaluated the participants' performances to select the best candidates for the upcoming Republic Day Parade.

The camp concluded with a vote of thanks to the organizers, officials, and volunteers, recognizing their efforts in making the selection process smooth and successful. The participants expressed their eagerness and excitement to be part of this patriotic event, marking yet another successful initiative by the NSS wing to foster national pride and unity among the youth.

The NSS wing of St. Vincent Pallotti College, Raipur, celebrated the "NSS Foundation Day on 23rd September 2024. The event was organized by the National Service Scheme Chhattisgarh in collaboration with the Higher Education Department. The program was held at Krishak Sabhagar, Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Zora Raipur, starting at 11:00 am. The celebration marked the significance of the National Service Scheme (NSS) and its contribution to youth development and social welfare. The event was attended by NSS volunteers from various colleges, faculty members, and dignitaries who have been instrumental in promoting the values of service, selflessness, and community development.

Mr. Alok Kumar Chaurasiya, NSS Program Officer at St. Vincent Pallotti College, addressed the gathering, highlighting the achievements of NSS over the years and encouraging the volunteers to continue their dedicated efforts in community service. Dr. Kuldeep Dubey, Principal of St. Vincent Pallotti College, also spoke on the occasion, appreciating the volunteers' enthusiasm and commitment to social causes. Report on Special Session on Nutrition, Hydration, Posture, and Ergonomics

A special session on Nutrition, Hydration, Posture, and Ergonomics was held at St. Vincent Pallotti College, Raipur, on the 14th of September 2024. The event, organized by the Department of Physical Education & Yoga, aimed at enhancing the understanding of various factors contributing to athletic performance, injury prevention, and overall well-being.

The session was inaugurated by the College Principal, Dr. Kuldeep Dubey, who welcomed the esteemed speaker, Dr. Tripti Jain, a renowned Sports Physiotherapist, and all faculty and students in attendance. Dr. Kuldeep Dubey emphasized the importance of such educational events in the holistic development of students and encouraged everyone to make the most of the opportunity to learn from Dr. Jain, a leader in her field.

Key Highlights of the Session: Dr. Tripti Jain delivered an insightful lecture, covering a wide range of topics that are critical for athletes and fitness enthusiasts alike. She elaborated on the following key areas:

  1. Nutrition: The importance of a balanced diet tailored to an athlete’s needs for optimal performance and recovery.
  2. Hydration: How staying hydrated impacts energy levels, focus, and performance, especially in intense physical activities.
  3. Posture: The role of good posture in preventing injuries, improving body alignment, and enhancing overall health.
  4. Ergonomics: Practical tips on proper body mechanics during exercise and daily activities to prevent long-term injuries.

Dr. Jain’s session was engaging, informative and interactive, with numerous real-life examples and practical tips that attendees could apply in their own routines.

The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks by the College Sports Officer, Mr. Mukesh Kumar Sinha. He expressed heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Tripti Jain for sharing her valuable knowledge and in sights with the students and faculty. He also thanked all the attendees for their participation and encouraged them to apply the concepts discussed in their training and daily lives.

राष्ट्रीय खेल दिवस मे हुए वॉलीबॉल प्रतियोगिता का आयोजनपैलौटी महाविद्यालय में मेजर ध्यानचंद जी के जन्म दिवस (राष्ट्रीय खेल दिवस) में महाविद्यालय में अंतर कक्षा वॉलीबॉल प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन शारीरिक शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा किया गया, जिसमें कुल 8 टीमों ने अपना खेल कौशल का प्रदर्शन किये। 
जिसमें बीएड ,बीसीए,बीकॉम, बीपीई, बीबीए, के छात्र शामिल थे। कार्यक्रम के उद्घाटन में महाविद्यालय के डायरेक्टर फादर अमित तिर्की, महाविद्यालय प्राचार्य डॉ. कुलदीप दुबे तथा उप्राचार्य डॉ. जी पदमा गौरी  जी के द्वारा मेजर ध्यानचंद जी के पूजा अर्चना कर प्रतियोगिता को आरंभ किया गया, प्रतियोगिता के पूर्व महाविद्यालय प्राचार्य महोदय जी के उद्बोधन में मेजर ध्यानचंद जी के जीवनी में प्रकाश डालते हुए प्रत्येक छात्र-छात्राओं को खेल तथा व्यायाम से जुड़े रहने की बात कही। वॉलीबॉल प्रतियोगिता आराम से पूर्व अतिथियों द्वारा  रिबन काट कर प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया
 गया।
 सभी प्राध्यापकों के लिए बीपीई छात्र-छात्राओं द्वारा मनोरंजनात्मक खेल का आयोजन किया गया,जिसमें सभी प्राध्यापक गण हर्ष पूर्ण भाग लिए, मनोरंजनात्मक खेल पश्चात वॉलीबॉल प्रतियोगिता हुई जिसमें महाविद्यालय के छात्र-छात्राओं द्वारा अच्छा प्रदर्शन किया गया, खेल में प्रथम सेमीफाइनल बीएड वर्सेस बीपीई फर्स्ट के बीच खेला गया, जिसमें बीपीई फर्स्ट फाइनल में पहुंची व दूसरा सेमीफाइनल बीकॉम सेकंड वर्सेस बीपीई सेकंड के बीच खेला गया,जिसमें बीपीई सेकंड फाइनल पहुंची, फाइनल मैच बीपीई फर्स्ट वर्सेस बीपी सेकंड के मध्य रोमांचक मैच खेला गया, जिसमें बीपीई फर्स्ट प्रथम रही।
पूरे कार्यक्रम का संचालन बीपीई छात्र-छात्राओं द्वारा किया गया, कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने में शारीरिक शिक्षा विभाग के प्रभारी श्री दुर्गाशीष मिश्रा, आलोक कुमार चौरसिया व सौरभ पुराणिक रहे महाविद्यालय के स्पोर्ट्स ऑफिसर मुकेश कुमार सिन्हा द्वारा आभार प्रकट किया गया।

On 25th August 2024, the NSS wing of St. Vincent Pallotti College, Raipur, in collaboration with the Chhattisgarh State AIDS Control Committee, the National Service Scheme, and the Higher Education Department, successfully organized a state-level marathon titled "RED RUN MARATHON." The event aimed to spread awareness about HIV/AIDS and encourage community engagement in addressing this critical health issue.

The marathon, which commenced at 6:30 am, was held at Marine Drive, Telibandha, Raipur.

It witnessed enthusiastic participation from NSS volunteers, students, faculty members, and members of the community, highlighting the importance of solidarity in promoting health awareness. The participants, donning red-themed attire, emphasized the message of support and understanding for individuals living with HIV/AIDS.

The event was graced by the presence of Dr. Kuldeep Dubey, Principal of St. Vincent Pallotti College, and Mr. Alok Kumar Chaurasiya, NSS Program Officer, who addressed the participants, encouraging them to be proactive in raising awareness and breaking the stigma associated with HIV/AIDS. The speakers emphasized the role of the youth in creating a compassionate society that is informed about health issues and actively works towards solutions.

The "RED RUN MARATHON" concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, acknowledging the efforts of the Chhattisgarh State AIDS Control Committee, the National Service Scheme, and the Higher Education Department for their support. The marathon not only fostered a sense of community but also underscored the power of collective action in driving positive change.

The event was a resounding success, reflecting the spirit of unity and the commitment of the youth to health and social welfare causes.

रायपुर एनसीसी ग्रुप एवं सेंट विंसेंटपैलौटी कॉलेज ने द्वारा "हर घर तिरंगा बाइक रैली" का आयोजन...

 

रायपुर। राष्ट्रीयकैडेट कोर, 27 सीजी बटालियन, एनसीसी ग्रुप रायपुर एवं सेंट विंसेंट पैलौटी कॉलेज के तत्वावधानमें आज "हर घर तिरंगा" पहल का आयोजन किया गया। यह कार्यक्रम 78वें स्वतंत्रतादिवस के पूर्व संध्या के रूप में मनाया गया। मुख्य आयोजन रायपुर के जय स्तंभ चौकपर आयोजित हुआ, जिसमें एनसीसी ग्रुप रायपुर के विभिन्न बटालियनों की आर्मी, एयर और नेवल विंगके लगभग 150 कैडेट्स ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया।

पैलौटी कॉलेज केप्राचार्य मेजर डॉ. कुलदीप दुबे ने बताया कि कार्यक्रम का प्रमुख आकर्षण बाइक रैलीथी, जिसमें 40 मोटरसाइकिल सवार और उनके पिलियन राइडर्स शामिल थे, जिनका नेतृत्वलेफ्टिनेंट कर्नल प्रदीप नायर ने किया। सभी सवारों ने गर्व से राष्ट्रीय तिरंगाफहराया। यह रैली रायपुर शहर भर में निकाली गई, जिससे "हर घर तिरंगा" कादेशभक्ति संदेश फैलाया गया और विशेष रूप से युवाओं को इस राष्ट्रव्यापी पहल मेंभाग लेने के लिए प्रेरित किया गया।

 

इस अवसर पर रायपुरग्रुप के ग्रुप कमांडर ब्रिगेडियर विक्रम सिंह चौहान( युद्ध सेवा पदक ) ने रायपुरग्रुप एनसीसी कैडेट्स की समर्पित भावना की सराहना की, जिनकी राष्ट्रीय औरस्थानीय दोनों ही आयोजनों में निरंतर भागीदारी रही है। उन्होंने कहा, "यह एक अनूठा अवसर है जहां हम राष्ट्रीय गर्व और स्थानीय धरोहर कोएक साथ मना सकते हैं।

ब्रिगेडियर चौहानने 27 सीजी बटालियन एनसीसी सेंट विंसेंट पैलौटी कॉलेज रायपुर की कैडेटऋषिता सिन्हा का विशेष रूप से आभार व्यक्त किया, जिन्होंने शहीद वीर नारायण सिंह जी केजीवन और विरासत की भावुक प्रस्तुति दी। उन्होंने रायपुर के सभी नागरिकों से आग्रहकिया कि वे इस स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर "हर घर तिरंगा" पहल में सक्रिय रूप सेभाग लें।

 

इस अवसर पर 27 बटालियन केकमांडिंग आफिसर कर्नल सौरभ कुमार, पैलौटी कॉलेज के स्पोर्ट्स ऑफिसर मुकेश कुमार सिंह तथा बड़ी संख्यामें एनसीसी अधिकारी एवं स्टाफ उपस्थित थे। पैलौटी कॉलेज के डायरेक्टर फादर अमिततिर्की, उप प्राचार्य डॉ. जी. पदम गौरी ने सभी एनसीसी कैडेट्स को बधाई एवंशुभकामनाएं दी ।

 


The "Har Ghar Tiranga" event, held on 13.08.2024 at theCollege, was a resounding success, marked by enthusiasticparticipation from both students and staff. The event aimed to foster a senseof patriotism and unity among the college community, and it achieved just that.

The event witnessed a series of activities, including the roadrally, patriotic songs, and speeches that highlighted the significance of the"Har Ghar Tiranga" initiative. Students actively engaged in theactivities, showcasing their creativity and passion for the country.

Dr. Kuldeep Dubey also took the opportunity to commend the organizing committee for their efforts in making the event a grand success. He encouraged everyone to carry forward the spirit of patriotism in their daily lives.

A tree plantation- 4th August 2024, organized collaboratively by the St. Vincent Pallotti College NSS Unit and the Deendayal Upadhyay Nagar Zone Green Army. The event commenced at 7:00 AM in the garden area adjacent to the Passport Office.

The program witnessed participation from members of both organizing units, local residents, and NSS volunteers. Their enthusiasm and cooperation were instrumental in the event's success.

The tree plantation program has made a significant contribution to local environmental sustainability. Continued efforts in such initiatives are essential for promoting green spaces and fostering a healthier environment for future generations
