स्वच्छतासप्ताह पर आयोजित स्वच्छता अभियान

सेंट विंसेंट पेलोटी महाविद्यालय में स्वच्छता सप्ताह के अंतर्गत दिनांक 8 अक्टूबर 2025 को स्वच्छता अभियान काआयोजन किया गया। इस अभियान में महाविद्यालय के NCC, NSS एवं RRC इकाइयों के छात्र-छात्राओंने सक्रिय भागीदारी निभाई।

कार्यक्रमके दौरान विद्यार्थियों ने भारत माता चौक में सफाई अभियान चलाकर आसपास केक्षेत्रों को स्वच्छ किया। इसके साथ ही महाविद्यालय परिसर के समीप स्थित उद्यान(गार्डन) की भी साफ-सफाई की गई। छात्रों ने झाड़ू लगाकर कचरा इकट्ठा किया तथालोगों को स्वच्छता के प्रति जागरूक रहने का संदेश दिया।

कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य समाज में स्वच्छता के प्रति जागरूकता फैलाना और “स्वच्छ भारत ” के संदेश को जन-जन तक पहुँचाना था। इस अवसर पर महाविद्यालय के प्राचार्य डॉ.कुलदीपदुबे, उपप्राचार्य डॉ.जी पदमा गौरी सहित प्राध्यापकों ने विद्यार्थियों के इस प्रयास की सराहना की औरउन्हें आगे भी स्वच्छता बनाए रखने के लिए प्रेरित किया।

कार्यक्रम NCC और NSS प्रभारी मुकेश कुमार सिन्हा, सौरभ पुराणिक के दिशानिर्देश में सम्पन्न किया गया।

Blood Donation Program

Date: 9 October 2025

Venue: St. Vincent Pallotti College, Raipur

A Blood Donation Program was organized at St. Vincent Pallotti College, Raipur under the joint initiative of the NCC, NSS, and RRC units  & Extension committee of the college. The main objective of this event was to spread awareness about their importance of blood donation and to encourage students to contribute towards this noble cause.

In this program, 10 NCC cadets and 8 NSS/RRC volunteers as well as 14 Students & Staff actively participated and donated blood. The event was conducted in collaboration with the local blood bank, ensuring proper medical supervision and safety measures throughout the donation process.

Principal Dr. Kuldeep Dubey appreciated the efforts of the students and coordinators, highlighting that blood donation is a life-saving act and a true example of social responsibility. The event concluded successfully with enthusiasm and a sense of service among the students

On September 21, 2025, the NSS branch of St. Vincent Pallotti College, Raipur, the National Service Scheme, and the Department of Higher Education successfully organized the "Namo Yuva Run". The event aim is to spread awareness about a "Healthy and Drug-Free India" and encourage community participation in de-addiction.

The marathon, which began at 6:30 a.m., was held at Marine Drive, Telibandha, Raipur. NSS volunteers, students, faculty members, and community members participated enthusiastically, highlighting the importance of solidarity in promoting health awareness.

Dr. Kuldeep Dubey, Principal of St. Vincent Pallotti College, and Mr. Saurabh Puranik, NSS Program Officer, also attended the event, addressing the participants and encouraging them to play an active role in raising awareness.

The “Namo Yuva Run” concluded with heartfelt thanks to the NSS and the Department of Higher Education for their support.  This marathon not only fostered a sense of community, but also highlighted the power of collective action to bring about positive change.

The event was a resounding success, reflecting the spirit of unity and commitment of young people towards health and social well-being.

Poster Making Competition

On the occasion of National Sports Day, the Department of Physical Education & Yoga of St. Vincent Pallotti College, Raipur, organized a "Poster Making Competition" on the theme "Play for Fitness and Healthy Living." The competition aimed to promote awareness among students regarding the importance of sports, fitness, and a healthy lifestyle.

The event was held on 29th August 2025 at 12:00 Noon onwards in the Sports Department. Students from various departments enthusiastically participated and showcased their creativity through handmade posters. The posters reflected inspiring messages, innovative ideas, and artistic presentations in line with the theme.

The posters were judged on the basis of message, creativity, relevance to the theme, and presentation. The competition witnessed overwhelming participation and the students expressed their thoughts with vibrant colors and meaningful designs.

Winners of the Competition:

First Prize:- Chandrashekhar Singh Maitry of BPE II

 Second Prize:-Abhishek Toppo of BPE IV

Third Prize:- Vandana Verma of BPES I Sem

The winners were awarded prizes and certificates by the Principal, Dr. Kuldeep Dubey, who appreciated the efforts of the students and encouraged them to actively participate in such creative and value-based activities.

The event was successfully organized under the guidance of Mr. Durgasis Misra  Incharge, Department of Physical Education & Yoga, with the support of faculty members and student volunteers.

The competition not only celebrated National Sports Day but also inspired students to adopt fitness as a way of life through play and physical activity.

राष्ट्रीयखेल दिवस पर छत्तीसगढ़ी खेलों का जीवंत प्रदर्शन

राष्ट्रीयखेल दिवस के अवसर पर सेंट विंसेंट पेलोटी महाविद्यालय में शारीरिक शिक्षा विभागद्वारा विशेष कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। इस वर्ष का विषय रहा "Play for Fitness and Healthy Living" 

कार्यक्रमकी शुरुआत हॉकी के जादूगर मेजर ध्यानचंद जी की पूजा-अर्चना से हुई। महाविद्यालय केप्राचार्य डॉ. कुलदीप दुबे ने अपने उद्बोधन में कहा कि खेल न केवल शरीर कोस्वस्थ रखते हैं, बल्कि जीवन में अनुशासन और आत्मविश्वासभी प्रदान करते हैं।

इसअवसर पर विद्यार्थियों ने पारंपरिक छत्तीसगढ़ी खेलों का मनमोहक प्रदर्शन किया।इनमें भंवरा, गिल्ली-डंडा, गोटा, फुगड़ी, गेड़ी, कबड्डी, बाटी, डंडा पचरंगा और परी पत्थर जैसे खेल शामिल रहे। प्रस्तुतियों नेदर्शकों को छत्तीसगढ़ की समृद्ध खेल संस्कृति की याद दिला दी।

कार्यक्रममें महाविद्यालय डायरेक्टर फादर अमित तिर्की, उप प्राचार्य डॉ. जी. पदमा गौरी, विभागाध्यक्ष गण एवं सभी सहायक प्राध्यापक उपस्थित थे। संचालन BPES के छात्र रोशन एवं मैनुअल ने किया।

यहआयोजन शारीरिक शिक्षा विभाग के विभाग प्रभारी श्री दुर्गाशीस मिश्रा, सहायक प्राध्यापक श्री सौरभपुराणिक एवंक्रीड़ा अधिकारी श्री मुकेश सिन्हा के निर्देशन में सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न हुआ।

राष्ट्रीयखेल दिवस का यह आयोजन छात्रों को स्वास्थ्य, फिटनेस और खेलों के महत्व का संदेश देते हुए पारंपरिक खेल संस्कृतिको पुनर्जीवित करने का प्रयास साबित हुआ।

Program organized to honor Shaurya by 94.3 My FM

A "Samman for Bravery" program was organized under the aegis of 94.3 my FM on August 6, 2025. Present as the chief guest on this prestigious occasion was Mr. Sanjay Sharma, AIG Traffic.

The purpose of the program was to honor the brave soldiers who contributed to the country's defense and to remember their contributions to society. Numerous veterans ,dignitaries, journalists, and

Well-known personalities of the city were present.

The NCC cadets from St. Vincent Pallotti College also participated enthusiastically in the program. Their presence added to the grandeur of the event and created an atmosphere of patriotism.

In his address, the chief guest, Mr. Sanjay Sharma, said, "Our brave sons who contribute to the security of the nation are a source of inspiration for the society. The youth should take inspiration from them and follow discipline, patriotism and dedication."

This initiative organized by 94.3 my FM was appreciated by all the attendees and it was called a meaningful step to encourage the spirit of patriotism.
