हिंदी दिवस के उपलक्ष्यमें स्पेशल डेज सेलिब्रेशन समिति द्वारा संत विसेंट पैलोटी महाविद्यालय रायपुर(छ.ग.) में दिनांक 14 सितंबर 2024 को हिंदी दिवस  – “भाषाओ की फुलवारी मेंहिंदी भाषा हमारी है “अन्तर विभागीय सूचना पटल सजावट प्रतियोगिता काआयोजन किया गया। इस प्रतियोगिता में सभी विभागों के छात्रों ने बड़े उत्साह औरउमंग के साथ भाग लिया।  प्रतियोगिता कामुख्य उद्देश्य छात्रों में हिंदी भाषा के प्रति प्रेम और जागरूकता को बढ़ावा देनाथा। प्रतियोगिता में छात्रों ने विभिन्न थीम्स जैसे "हिंदी मेरा अभिमान,हिंदीमेरी शान ", "मै भारत की बेटी, आपकी अपनी हिंदी ", "हिंदी है हमारी संस्कृतिका प्रतिबिम्ब " आदि पर आधारित सूचना पटल  को सजाया।

 

प्रत्येक विभाग ने अपनीकला और रचनात्मकता का परिचय देते हुए अद्वितीय और प्रेरणादायक प्रदर्शन किया।छात्रों ने रंगीन कागज, पोस्टर, चित्र, और सुंदर लेखन का उपयोग कर अपने विचारों को प्रस्तुत किया।निर्णायक मंडल ने सभी विभागों के प्रस्तुतिकरण का अवलोकन किया और उनकी रचनात्मकता, विषय वस्तु, और प्रस्तुति के आधार परअंक दिए।

 

प्राचार्य डॉ. कुलदीपदुबे द्वारा विजेताओं के नाम की घोषणा कर उन्हें सर्टिफिकेट प्रदान किया गया |  प्रतियोगिता में प्राचार्य डॉ. कुलदीप दुबे महोदयने सभी प्रतिभागियों को बधाई दी और हिंदी भाषा के महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला। उन्होंनेकहा कि इस प्रकार की प्रतियोगिताएं न केवल छात्रों की रचनात्मकता को निखारने मेंसहायक होती हैं,बल्कि उन्हें अपनीसंस्कृति और भाषा के प्रति गर्व महसूस करने का अवसर भी प्रदान करती हैं।

 

प्रतियोगिता में प्रथमस्थान प्राप्त किया **मैनेजमेंट  विभाग**ने, जिसने "हिंदी दिवसपर हम सब मिलकर जश्न मनाये ..." विषय पर एक उत्कृष्ट सूचना पट्ट प्रस्तुतकिया। द्वितीय स्थान पर **बी.एड  विभाग**रहा, जिसने "हिंदी जिसकानारा है वह भारत हमको प्यारा है " विषय पर एक सुंदर और प्रेरणादायक प्रदर्शनकिया।  हिंदी दिवस पर आयोजित इसप्रतियोगिता ने न केवल छात्रों के बीच स्वस्थ प्रतिस्पर्धा का माहौल बनाया, बल्कि हिंदी भाषा केप्रति उनके प्रेम और सम्मान को भी प्रकट किया। इस अवसर पर महाविद्यालय के संचालक रेव्ह फादर अमित तिर्की ,उप प्राचार्य डॉ.जी.पदमा गौरी,विभिन्न विभागों के विभागाध्यक्ष , निर्णायक डॉ. सुनीता पवार एवं  डॉ.आर. गायत्री अयंगार , शिक्षक, प्रतिभागी एवंविद्यार्थी उपस्थित रहे |

Special Days Committee organized a Photography Competition: “When Art meets the Lens” on 20.08.2024 in AVA Room. To commemorate World Photography Day, a photography competition was organized to celebrate the art and craft of photography. The event aimed to showcase talent and encourage creativity among both amateur and professional photographers.

The competition featured several themes, including nature, family, humanity, friendship, culture, youth, animals, abstract, shadows and youth. Participants were encouraged to submit their best work reflecting these themes.

The event attracted over 50 participants from diverse backgrounds. Entries were received from various departments like Commerce, Management, Computer Science, Education, English and Physical Education demonstrating a broad range of photographic styles and techniques.

The judging panel comprised of senior faculties Mrs. Yashswee Lonkar and Ms. Aanchal Mishra. The participants were judged on the basis of theme chosen, originality, creativity and overall look of the photograph submitted.

The winners of the competition were-

1stPosition- Jane Mishel Orea (M.Com III)

2ndPosition- Megha Verma (B.B.A I)

3rdPosition- Roshan Kujur (B.Ed III)

The competition successfully highlighted the talent and creativity of photographers, fostering a deeper appreciation for the art of photography. It also provided a platform for emerging photographers to gain recognition and feedback for their bright future.

Principal Dr. Kuldeep Dubey and Vice Principal, Dr. G. Padma Gouri along with the HODs and other faculty members were also present for the competition. They all appreciated the efforts and hard work of the participants and the Special Days Committee. The competition came to an end with a vote of thanks proposed by Yamini Rao (M.Com III).

On July 27th, 2024,St. Vincent Pallotti College, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, celebrated World Conservation Day with the theme "Ek Pedh Maa Ke Naam" (One Tree inthe Name of Mother) at the AVA Room. This event was organized in collaboration with the 'Green Army' Raipur, emphasizing the importance of environmental conservation and honouring motherhood through tree plantation. The celebration saw the exhilarating participation of the respected Director, Principal, VicePrincipal, all Heads of Departments (HODs), faculty members, and students of different streams of college, along with members of ‘Green Army’.

The event commenced with an inaugural speech by the college's Principal Dr Kuldeep Dubey, who highlighted the significance of World Conservation Day and the chosen theme. The Principal emphasized the crucial role of trees in maintaining ecological balance and the symbolic representation of trees as nurturers, akin to mothers. The Principal's speech was followed by an address from the Chief Guest, CA Amitabh Dubey and the founder of the Green Army. Mr. Dubey shared his insights on environmental conservation and the impactful initiatives undertaken by the Green Army in Raipur. His motivational words inspired the audience to actively participate in conserving nature.

An 'Eco Pot Creation Competition 'was organized as part of the celebration, fostering creativity and environmental awareness among the students. Participants displayed their innovative eco-friendly pots made from recycled materials, showcasing their commitment to sustainability. The competition received enthusiastic participation, with students demonstrating remarkable creativity and environmental consciousness.

The event's climax was the announcement of the competition winners. The Principal Dr Kuldeep Dubey and Mr. Amitabh Dubey congratulated the winners and distributed prizes, encouraging them to continue their efforts in promoting environmental sustainability. The winning entries were appreciated for their ingenuity and contribution to the theme of the event. The winners were Mubsheera Khan from BBA III in 1stplace, Abhishek Toppo from BPE II in 2nd place, and Vaishali Palti from B.Ed III in 3rd place.

Following the prize distribution, a plantation drive was conducted within the college premises. Faculty members, students, and Green Army members participated in planting saplings, symbolizing their dedication to conserving the environment. The plantation drive not only enhanced the greenery of the campus but also instilled a sense of responsibility towards nature among the participants.

The celebration of World Conservation Day at St. Vincent Pallotti College was a resounding success, marked by enthusiastic participation and meaningful activities. The theme "Ek Pedh Maa Ke Naam" resonated with the audience, highlighting the nurturing role of trees and the importance of environmental conservation. The collaboration with the Green Army Raipur and the insightful speeches by the Principal Dr Kuldeep Dubey and Mr Amitabh Dubey inspired the attendees to take proactive steps towards preserving nature. The event concluded with a renewed commitment to environmental sustainability, fostering a greener and healthier future for all.
